ABOUT US
Your one location for all things Pilates
We’re the only studio in St. Augustine Beach offering group classes on the Pilates apparatus, and you’ll find us in the Sea Grove Town Center, right next to the Anastasia Branch Library and the U.S. Post Office.
In 2026, we expanded our offerings by teaming up with our Sea Grove neighbor, Studio A, so that our clients have even more ways to practice with the instructors they know and love.
We’re the sister studio of The Core Pilates Studio, just a few doors down. As The Core’s clientele and specialized offerings grew, we realized we needed more space and a quieter setting for one-on-one sessions and physical therapy.
That’s how Studio A was born: a fully equipped private session studio designed to complement The Core’s group classroom. We’re proud to partner with The Core to give St. Augustine a unique studio experience.
Housed within Studio A, the North Florida Pilates Education Center is where St. Augustine goes to learn Pilates from the inside out.
We bring together two programs:
-
Body & Core Pilates Education, led by Master Instructor Monica Perez, which offers accredited instructor training.
-
Island Pilates by Jessica, where third-generation Romana’s Pilates instructor Jessica Gregory teaches classical Pilates and mentors instructors.
We also host workshops and master classes featuring our own instructors as well as talented guest instructors from across North Florida.
Our Incredible Instructors
Monica Perez, PT, DPT, PMA-CPT
About
Monica is our resident physical therapist and Master Instructor at Studio A. She provides Pilates-based physical therapy and private sessions, and she leads Body & Core Pilates Education, our instructor training program. Her goal is to help future instructors teach real bodies safely and confidently, and she makes sure they understand the WHY behind the work, not just the exercises.
